At the beginning of a project, a requirement profile will be defined in cooperation with the customer. First we would like to comprehend the targets of our customer in detail, what is the timeframe and the budget available to achieve these targets. Customised questionnaires for the different kinds of business activities as offered by us can be the initial step. These questionnaires have proven in practise when identifying and documenting key requirements or technical details. The most important element for defining the requirements and planning a project, however, is the direct and personal contact to our customer.

As a result of the requirements determination, together with our customer we define the specification and the project phases. Project status, time schedules and budget control are communicated with the customer according to common standards. Furthermore, for accessing specific data of the project items and on his request the customer can have data login, in order to be updated about project progress at any time or to use easy exchange of data and cooperation method.
